HOUSE RULES

You are welcome to stay in our private home 'away from home', relax and enjoy a lovely experience. Prior to completing your booking you'll be asked to agree on the below rules (made to protect both guests and hosts) otherwise our property might not suit your requirements.

TENANT DETAILS

According to Greek law, we must register the person who makes the reservation. For this reason we will need your passport number (or ID for EU citizens) right after the booking will be confirmed and prior to your arrival. 

NUMBER OF GUESTS

• Additional guests who have not previously booked an overnight stay are allowed. For extra guests above two there is a standard charge per person, per night. 
• If you are booking as 2 persons at a lower price, the master bedroom will be prepared. If two guests require to occupy 2 separate bedrooms, please inform us in advance, prior to your arrival. 

CANCELLATIONS & ALTERNATIONS

After your reservation has been confirmed, alteration request for less days than 3 will not be acceptable. We offer full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 

MEET & GREET

We always meet our guests to hand over the key and show them to the house. With that in mind, we need to know your travel details (arrival and departure time) so we can tune our schedules accordingly. 

ELECTRICAL APPLIANCES

• Greece is among the most expensive countries in electricity price. With that in mind, you should turn off all lights and appliances when not in use or when you temporarily leave the house and/or upon checking out. 
• Air conditioners may be used only when you are at home. Keep doors and windows closed when they are on. 
• If the air conditioners are in operation while the guests are temporarily away, property owner reserves the right to enter the house and turn them off.

SMOKING, VAPING, E-CIGARETTES

They are allowed only outdoors, but with great care due to the heat and the neighboring forest. 

INFANTS, TODDLERS, CHILDREN

• We regret that we do not accept infants and toddlers under the age of 3 as the house does not have the appropriate and/or corresponding equipment, amenities and safety for these ages. 
• Parents should be prepared to keep their children under constant supervision as house is not childproofed. 

EVENTS 

Events, Weddings, Commercial Photography and Filming are allowed, however you must inform us of all details in advance. Additional charges will apply.

GENERAL HOUSE CARE RULES 

• No eating or drinking on the beds. We will request reimbursement to cover the cost of odor removal or steam cleaning.
• Sun cream, makeup or ink can permanently stain linen. The oil as a rule will not launder out. We will request reimbursement to cover the cost of destroyed linen or unexpected cleaning. 
• House towels are not allowed to be taken to the beach. Please, bring your own beach towels or mats. 
• Do not drop used towels on the floor. There is a laundry basket in the bathroom. 
• In order not to clog the toilet, do not throw papers and other junk in it, bins are provided in all bathrooms.
• Take your rubbish away as often as possible. There are plenty of public bins on streets. Upon departure don't leave any left overs in the fridge or garbage behind. 

OTHER ISSUES

• Inform us immediately on any problem that may arise, so we can sort it out asap. Don't assume you know what’s best for it. Not much we can do about something that went wrong during your stay when I read about it in a comment long after you left.
• Person who makes the reservation undertakes to report of any damage or loss, and to pay for such damage or loss. We will request reimbursement for each damaged or missing item. 
• 🔑 You are fully responsible for lost house key. Associated fees of €80 will be charged for the entire replacement of the lock, as security of our guests is our priority.
